We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. Returns or exchanges are to be made within 30 days from date of purchase. There will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns later than 30 days from date of purchase.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our contact us webpage. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding packaging and postage charges.

Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you will receive our confirmation regarding the return or exchange process. Only after receiving our confirmation then you may return the product to our warehouse.
